In particular, the Committee recognized the Bill (Reg.№4693) (re the implementation of the special tariff on electricity "green" tariff) as such that comply with the European Law. The Bill envisages implementation of "green" tariff on electricity produced by alternative power sources for blast furnace and coke gas and technological processes.
The Members of the Committee emphasized that the Bill clauses in particular correspond directives 2009/28/ЄС and 2001/77/ЄС.
The People´s Deputies also recognized the Bill (Reg.№5015) on the amendments to certain Laws of Ukraine on intellectual property issues as such that comply with the European Law. The Bill is aimed at the improvement of the relations connected with the obtaining and protection of intellectual property rights on inventions goods etc.
It was declared that the jural relationships regarding patent law and industrial property are regulated in EU by treaties on patent law and patent cooperation and also by Paris convention on industrial property protection.
